This document constitutes the Terms of Use (hereinafter, the “Terms of Use”) governing access, browsing, and use of the website located at the URL www.lockherenow.com. (hereinafter, “The Website”), owned by Iñigo Casado Martinez – Fernando Peña Torre – Alfredo Peña Martinez CB (hereinafter “Lockherenow”).

Lockherenow is an automated storage facility that allows users to rent lockers to store their belongings. Reservations are made on a calendar day basis, and 24-hour reservations are not available.
The sizes of the lockers and the price per day are detailed below
Medium size (M)
€6.50 – day
Extra Large size (XL)
€12.00 – per day
In the event of any type of blockage or malfunction, users can call +34 685 75 27 27 and/or send an email to lockherenow1@gmail.com.
The booking process is:
1. Go to Lockherenow.com or scan the QR code.
2. Choose the size, date, and duration. Make the reservation.
3. Use the code we send you by email to access the premises and open the locker during the reserved time.
4. Enjoy your dreamed city .
Payments made through the website located at the URL https://www.lockherenow.com/ will be made by VISA, MAESTRO, or MATERCAR card.
The contract may only be formalized in Spanish.
The retail price includes VAT.
Limits on the use of lockers:
1. Lockers must be used to store items belonging to the user who made the reservation.
2. No illegal purpose or means is authorized through the use of lockers.
3. Food or items that produce odors are not allowed in the lockers.
4. If the locker is used to store an item to be collected by a third party, the user who made the reservation will be responsible for any events that may occur.
5. The user may not remain on the premises longer than necessary to deposit or collect their belongings.
6. Users may not eat or drink inside the premises.
7. It is not permitted to place items of special value (jewelry, electronic devices, etc.) in the lockers, and the user will be responsible for any such action.
8. It is not permitted to take photographs or videos inside the premises. It is also not permitted to take any photographs or videos of the security devices.
User liability in the event of breach of obligations
The user shall compensate Lockherenow for any damages resulting from the breach of the relevant obligations in this contract.
Failure to comply with rental terms
The user must empty the rented locker(s) before the expiry date of the requested rental period. Otherwise, Lockherenow shall be authorized to access the lockers in order to empty them and allow other users to use them.
Lockherenow shall attempt to contact the user who has failed to comply with the rental period in order to return the items, and the user shall pay €20 for each day of delay. Lockherenow will temporarily store the items for fifteen days if it has been unable to contact the user. The items will then be considered abandoned by the user for all purposes.
In this case, Lockherenow will no longer store them and will dispose of them as it sees fit.
Baggage Pickup and End of the Reservation Period
The customer agrees to pick up their belongings before the end of the contracted reservation period.
If the luggage is not collected within this period, the company does not guarantee the exclusive availability of the locker, which may be assigned to a new customer at a later time. In such a case, the new authorized user may access the assigned locker, with the consequent possibility that the previously stored luggage may be removed or handled in accordance with the service’s operating procedures.
Likewise, in the absence of an immediate new reservation, the system may require the customer to automatically pay for an additional period to maintain use of the locker.
In any case, to ensure the proper safekeeping and security of their belongings, the customer must retrieve their luggage within the initially contracted reservation period. The company disclaims all liability arising from failure to retrieve items in a timely and proper manner.
Responsibility
Lockherenow is responsible for transactions. SSL (https://lockherenow.com) security is used. Data is entered on a secure page.
Contract
At Lockherenow, we want you to be satisfied with your contract. Therefore, we offer you the option to cancel it (withdrawal). This right of withdrawal must be exercised 24 hours before the date on which the reserved service begins. You must notify us of your decision to withdraw by emailing lockherenow1@gmail.com.
The purchase amount will be refunded once the status of the booking has been verified, using the same payment method used for the purchase and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the withdrawal request. The costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the buyer.
Cancellation must be made 24 hours before the start of the reserved service, after which time it will not be possible to cancel. If any user has any questions about the cancellation policy, or any comments, they can write to lockherenow1@gmail.com.
Minimum age for purchase
The minimum age for purchase is 18 years old.
Delivery policy
The security code to open the door and locker will be delivered by email within 5 minutes.
Improper use of lockers
Lockherenow reserves the right to remove any item that does not comply with the regulations and is authorized to call the police and report the conduct. The User is responsible for all items in the locker they have reserved. In any case, the removal of prohibited items will result in a penalty of 200 euros.
Damage caused to lockers
The user will be responsible for any damage caused to the lockers. The user will not only have to pay for the physical damage caused to the lockers, but also for any future losses that may be caused for each day that they are unusable. The cost of repair or replacement is set at €1,500 per locker.
Payment of penalties
Penalties must be paid by the user by bank transfer to the account indicated by Lockherenow.
Lockherenow’s obligations
In the event of an incident attributable to the service that prevents the customer from accessing their belongings or continuing their journey as planned, the company’s liability shall be limited to covering one (1) night’s accommodation up to a maximum of €150 per booking. This cover applies to a single person per booking, except in the case of XL locker bookings, where accommodation for a maximum of two people may be covered, subject in all cases to the combined maximum limit of €150 per booking.
Furthermore, where the customer’s final destination is within Spanish territory, the travel expenses necessary to continue the journey may be covered, limited exclusively to public land transport (bus or train). This cover applies to a single person per booking, except in the case of XL locker bookings, where it may be extended to a maximum of two people included in the same booking. Flights, hire cars, taxis and any other means of private transport are expressly excluded.
Lockherenow’s liability limit
Lockherenow is not responsible for the safekeeping of packages. The user is solely responsible for the goods they place in the rented lockers. Notwithstanding the above, in the event of theft, Lockherenow has taken out an insurance policy on behalf of Users that covers losses due to theft up to a maximum of €500 per locker. This insurance does not cover the loss of money, jewelry, precious stones or metals, watches, plasma screens, and in general technological objects (LCDs, GPS navigators, mobile phones, computers, tablets), art objects, antiques, memory cards, or any other medium containing data or images.

If the User considers that they have grounds for filing a complaint, they may do so by sending an email to the following address: lockherenow1@gmail.com
At Lockherenow, we will try to resolve the incident and find a satisfactory solution for both parties.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to Spanish jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement.
