LHN EUROPE S.L. (hereinafter “Lockherenow”) informs users that it complies with current legislation on personal data protection, user privacy, and data confidentiality and security, adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of the personal data provided, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data, and the risks to which it is exposed.
Lockherenow will process the data in accordance with the quality principles required by Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPD), confidentially and with the security measures required by Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, which approves the Regulations for the implementation of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the protection of personal data (RLOPD). Likewise, Lockherenow has adapted its personal data processing and Privacy Policy to the changes established by Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016.

How long will we keep your data?
The personal data provided will be kept for as long as the commercial relationship is maintained. Once the service has been provided, and in any case if the deletion of the data is requested, Lockherenow will keep your personal data blocked for the legal limitation periods. Once these periods have elapsed, we will destroy your data.
What is the legal basis for processing your data?
Your data is processed for the provision of the requested service and its processing is legitimized by the fulfillment of a legal obligation of the data controller, which is none other than the provision of the service. In the case of the use of your identifying data for promotional purposes, it will be processed by virtue of the consent freely given by you.

• When Lockherenow does not need to process your data, but you need it for the exercise or defense of claims.
• When you have objected to the processing of your data for the fulfillment of a mission in the public interest or for the satisfaction of a legitimate interest, while it is being verified whether the legitimate reasons for the processing prevail over yours.
Objection: You may request that your personal data not be processed.
Deletion: You may request the deletion of your personal data.
Rectification: You may modify your personal data when it is inaccurate.
Access: You may consult your personal data included in Lockherenow files. If you consider that we have not processed your personal data in accordance with the regulations, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es).
